SeismicXML for iPhone/iTouch

App of the week is SeismicXML for iPhone/iTouch. This handy app show you all the recent seismic activity in the world. Shows you the latest list of 100 earthquakes. When you click on the the earthquake string in the app it will take you to the web based USGS website for more details on that quake. This is my favorite app because of the recent quakes we been having in the Bay Area. Every time we get another single quake I rush to check out the details of the quake on this app. This app comes in very handy and its a very useful tool as well to monitor quakes if you’re a Geologist or just a normal person like me.
